Mediocre at best and look for the honest reviews

I question a lot of these reviews, they're generic and likely phony. The product itself is confusing to use, there's no instructions nor guide/help and there's no support. The scent of their products is bland and there's no real quality behind any of them. I've tried a few of their products and returned all but the beard grooming set because I forgot I had it. I tried it once and am not seeing any ROI, my heard isn't seeing improvement and the only benefit i got were that there's a beard comb and brush..... spend your money elsewhere. @macys - consider dropping this company entirely and finding a new beard / mens facial grooming care company to work with

I've never received my item after being delayed twice for delivery. It is a late birthday present.

Beware content label taped on box exterior

Purchased as a Father's day gift and shipped directly from the Company - Buyer beware they ship it with the shipping contents displayed on the exterior of the box for everyone, including my husband who gets home first to see.... not sure yet about the products. Once he officially receives it I will update my review.
