Probably a nice gift set, never arrived

I am guessing the gift set may have been lovely. I wouldn’t know because it never arrived at its destination. Too bad all the way around as it was meant as a birthday gift & was ordered in plenty of time. Even though I had tracking number & package is allegedly at a UPS processing center, neither UPS or Macys was at all helpful to try and correct this and deliver the package. So sad. I will think twice about purchasing gifts from Macys for long distance delivery.
