DO NOT BUY
UGG customer service said this stuff works and it ruined my shoes. This stuff is a waste a money. I followed instructions to the T, but now they'll have to go in the trash!! UGG do better!! For the price people pay for these shoes, offer cleaning services!
I will recommend to all.

When using, it's imperative to follow the formulated steps on each bottle to get the best results. And remember to allow 24-48 hours for thorough drying, as they can appear darker when wet. We also find stuffing the interior with a sock or towelette can help maintain shape when brushing. Will ruin your boots
I sprayed the protective spray on my boots, I wore them when it was just snow flurries outside because I thought that's what the protective spray was for. However, I ended up with spots all over my new boots. Then I used the cleaning foam and it made the spots worse. This product is horrible and will definitely ruin your boots. Ugg will not replace them either even though it was their product that ruined them.
