POOR!!!

Product of cheap and thin - ping was horrible... Package sat at your whse. for 8 days before it shipped. Poor Service and Poor product. The customer service call I placed was awful too. The clerk on the line wanted to argue with me and refused to cancel my order. Sorry Macy's I used to love you now not so much...
