I never received the product

If you look through my order history you will see the product never arrived. The same day I was told it would arrived (July 17) I also was notified that there would be a delay and I wouldn't receive until July 24th. To make matters worse the next day I received an email stating my refund was on its way. Now I have to wait 2-weeks for my gift cards to come in the mail so I can travel to my nearest Macys (1 hour away) to finally purchase the gift I bought for my mothers birthday which was today.

Not happy

I got it today and 1 bottle was empty. It didn't look like it broke and spilled all over because everything was dry. Box was nicely taped. Disappointing. It does smells great

Ordered this online came in a box no protection in the box bottles are broke open perfume is everywhere and you want me to return. It will not order from Macy’s ever again.
