Sent me Dirty USED shoes!!!
Macys sent me shoes with a return ticket on it. They were obviously used, had scuffs on the patent leather and the bottom was dirty and worn from wearing. Someone obviously wore them and returned them and Macys resold USED shoes to me online. They weren’t even sent in the correct box. When I called Macys customer service they just gave me the option to return. As these were a gift, I was highly disappointed and won’t buy shoes online again from Macys

Cuteness With a Side of Carnage
These heels are a visual dream and a physical nightmare. They look like they belong in a fashion magazine, but the moment you actually walk in them, they reveal their true mission: to destroy your feet. That dainty strip between the toes? Pretty sure it's forged from microscopic razor blades, because it sliced into my skin with every step. By the end of the day, I wasn't walking - I was limping for my life. 10/10 if you want to stand still and look fabulous. 0/10 if you value mobility.
