Great product, horrible shipping experience

I bought this a couple of weeks ago as part of a large order. The quality of the coat is great and it’s true to size. The price was great too. The only bad thing I have to say comes from the shipping of the order. This was one of the worst experiences I have had as far as shipping goes. Be sure to not need to many any changes at all to your order! Macys will not change anything, even if you no longer have access to the place where the items are going.
