Usually my son loves Lacoste!

For Christmas, my Son asked to stock up on his Lacoste T-shirts. He usually wears a large and fits him loosely, very comfortably. This time he asked for an extra large knowing that he’d be traveling, recreating, sleeping in them. Anyway, we ordered extra large. When he received them, they were so tight! The XLs did not work whatsoever. Being away from home, and now far from a Macy’s location, I told him to call Macy’s customer service. The process was not worth it, so he told me he would just give them away. Uhhh, not good! Well! As a Mom who does the Christmas budget and shopping—- Macy’s, I’m really disappointed in this particular purchase! Considering that 95% of our Christmas shopping was done on Macy’s website, and how much we love Lacoste, this purchase was really disappointing. That said, we had a few other issues with purchases but the local store manager was AMAZING! And we are grateful! We love you, Macy’s!
