They're big! But beautiful

Nice pretty shoes. I normally wear a US size 11. I had to return them because they were way too big. I just received a US size 10, and they're still just a hair too big. Otherwise, I do like them and it was worth going through the hassle of returning. Size down

Nice shoe, but...

I ordered a half size up and they're too big. Not your average Cole Haan shoes. Nice shoe but runs narrow and big. Shoes gap on the sides close to arch area. I saw the reviews about this but decided to see for myself. Reviews are indeed accurate. Soles of shies are rubber and I can see them wearing out quickly. I have to return shoes.
