Unacceptable fit

The ties aren’t real. I’ve worn Sperry’s for many years. Rather than its, the arch is held by elastic that is SO tight the show bruised. Not ok.

Never Received

They were never sent. The tracking number never updated past label created. When I reached out to Macy's they said it was a glitch and they would arrive, but still no shoes.
