Incompleted parcel

II am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent order. I was expecting to receive three pairs of panties as per the order details, but only one was delivered. To resolve this, I contacted your Customer Service team. During the call, I was assured that I would not need to return anything. However, I subsequently received an email instructing me to initiate a return—completely contradicting what was communicated earlier. This inconsistency is frustrating and reflects poorly on the reliability of your service. I would appreciate immediate clarification and a prompt resolution to this issue.

Still waiting for my missing products. Macy's customer service reps told me I'll receive an email after she done with me on the phone but haven't seen it. I'm still short 2 packs & pack of socks.

do not buy

I should have paid more attention to the reviews. There is ONLY 1 panty in the package. it is supposed to be "3-Pk". Should have shopped directly at GAP. Macys is not what it was anymore.

Waste of money

Washed and worn once and seems already coming apart. They are very comfortable but not of good quality

Very disappointed.

Very disappointed. The product is advertised as a 3-pack, but I only received one underwear. Now I have to go through the hassle of initiating a return and dropping it off at UPS, all for something that wasn’t my mistake. Not worth the trouble.

Not impressed

I didn't get the 3 pack of underwear that I ordered. Instead I got a single pair and when I notified customer service i was told I had to return them. Very inconvenient!!
