“The length of time this shipment has taken has been extremely disappointing. The carrier’s tracking and customer service have been very disorganized and confusing, with inconsistent information and no clear delivery timeline. My experience with Macy’s customer service was also concerning. When I called, there did not seem to be sufficient knowledge, ownership, or willingness to fully understand and address my concerns. Overall, the level of customer support has been poor and far below what I would expect from Macy’s.”

I’ve been buying these sine 2018. I always get the black… or dark blue, red, and grey set, and I always buy three packs of three at a time. That is what the picture showed for this order as well.., but I received NO red which is my favorite color (and no, definitely not cause of “that”). Like another review mentioned, they apparently just send you what they have. Keeping them due to sale price but disappointed.

Extremely Comfortable and Great Quality
These Tommy Hilfiger trunks are incredibly comfortable! The fabric is very soft, lightweight, and breathable, with just the right amount of stretch. They fit really well without feeling too tight and stay comfortable throughout the entire day. The waistband is soft and doesn’t dig into the skin, and the material feels smooth and high quality. They also hold their shape nicely after washing. Definitely one of the most comfortable pairs of underwear we’ve purchased. Great fit, great quality, and absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!
