Broken Pitcher

The pitcher arrived broken. The handle had several large cracks in it. Was going to use it for Christmas dinner but had to throw it out instead. 😥

Macy's does not oversee shipping of its packages

I would have loved to have had this pitcher for the Christmas holiday, but it was shipped to me twice, broken into shards. The box containing the pitcher was not properly packed with shipping material.
