Perfect Jacket

I purchased this North Face jacket to replace another one that was gifted to me in 2011. Yup, 2011. With care, this one should last just as long. North Face is good quality.

Poor customer service

The order was cancelled after two weeks after it was ‘out of stock.’ I purchased this hoodie to take advantage of a Star reward promotion that was going on at the time. Had I known earlier the item was out of stock I wouldn’t have made some my other purchases to qualify for the star reward promotion.

Bought this for my partner and she absolutely loves this jacket. It's great for casual , outdoor wear, or even in the office! Very thin and versatile

Maybe would be again, if longer size.

Beautiful color. Size XXL is great fit, not tight. Only issue I have is the length. I was expecting it to be a little longer for the size. Very warm, and nice feature on front with a zippered pocket.

Snags easily and fits small

I bought this jacket as a layer for a trip to Greece. After the first wash, I noticed that the pocket had a pulled thread. I washed with tshirts, leggings and under garments so, I'm not really sure why it got a pulled thread. I was annoyed but figured I would let it go as long as the jacket performed well. Second wash, another pulled thread and a small hole. I went online to file a claim and although I compressed my pictures more than once, they were too large. I was traveling so didn't have the time to focus on this. Also, it fits small unlike the pictures. Disappointing.

It's ok

Quality is good and bought it because it had pockets. The cut it not very flattering for the average sized woman and the hood somewhat useless unless you have a hat on to make it more snug
