These seemed like they'd be a lot nicer than they actually are. They're too stiff and uncomfortable and not padded at all and they're much more of a blush color than ivory or champagne. Disappointing, especially from such a reputable brand as Badgley Mishka. No wonder they were on sale for so cheap.

Never received the delivery
Two for Macy's customer service and overall handling of the shipping of the product - The package was expedited through DoorDash - really? They delivered it to the wrong house. I even got nice picture of someone's welcome matt that the package was sitting on, but no picture of the delivery address where it was delivered. When I contacted CS, they seemed helpful and said they would expedite a new shipment in 24 to 48 hours. However, a week later, I still had no shoes. SO, I reached out to CS again to see if they could tell me where there reshipment was. All they could do is tell me that they would expedite a new shipment of my order in 24 to 48 hours. So, here I sit without my shoes for a wedding in two days. Next time I will go to the store and buy them in person.
