Disappointed

I love the color block and the black and white drew me to it, but do not like the fabric, it is too rigid, hard, and not good on the skin, not soft like I expected based on the skirts I bought from Macy's all the time. Also, it runs small, I had to return it. I really wanted to love this skirt! Do better Macy's.
