Dooney and and Bourke

Purchased this bag on December 5th 2025. Used it three times and the rivet holding the strap won’t hold. Customer service states since I purchased from Macys Department store my only option is to send it back for repair and will take 4-6 weeks. Terrible quality, will never purchase this brand again. No option for replacement per customer service.
