Fits perfectly

I brought the skirt and the jacket, skirt fits true to size . I am a size 12 sits on the hips and not very short . As a 65 year old women I felt sexy in this skirt. I sized down on the jacket if you have large arms stay with your current size. The jacket is waist length and has bell sleeves.
