Columbia Trail Sneakers
Not very impressive. The on-line picture looked more impressive than the actual item. I think these shoes will be collecting dust on the floor of my closet.
TERRIBLE SERVICE
I purchased a pair of sneakers through Macy’s website. On 12/24, I received an email confirming that the package had been delivered, but I never received it. I spent about 30 minutes searching for the package and checking with my neighbors, with no luck. I then contacted Macy’s customer service and spent another 15–20 minutes explaining the situation to the agent. I was told that a replacement would be shipped and that I would receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. A full week passed, and I never received any follow-up from Macy’s. When I reached out to customer service again, I was told to wait until 1/02 because the package was “expected” to arrive then—even though my order still shows as delivered on 12/24. The agent was very dismissive and showed little concern. I rarely write reviews, but this experience was frustrating and disappointing, and it left me very upset.

Anybody tell me how to clean?
They’re so attractive to get dirty in the normal use . The are comfortable although it’s 1/2 inch bigger my size , I ordered knowing this way. It has leather on the upper part , cleaning with water is not good idea , anybody knows how ?
