Love it!
This has been my new favorite pan! I love how easy it is to use and how fast it heats up. I have an induction cooktop and this pan is the best. It heats up evenly and cooks everything from eggs to steaks to perfection. I have had no issues with food sticking and clean up is a breeze. It hand washes nicely. I have been using it for a couple months now and it seems to be getting better with age. This pan is well made, durable and should last for a long time. I am highly impressed with this product and would highly recommend!

I absolutely love this pan! This is one of the best pans I’ve ever used. So easy to cook in, nothing sticks and easy to clean. I love the size of it, easy for eggs, etc. I loved how the handle did not get hot like other pants I’ve used in the past. This is my new go to pan!

This is amazing frying pan ,, I have been using for over one month now . And just wow . The food tests good not sticking at all very heavy weight which is good in my opinion that means it’s a good quality. Highly recommend it to anyone.

Nice carbon steel pan
This pan was perfect to make some steak and a nice addition for my kitchen. It wasn’t too heavy but had some qualities of the cast iron pan. It cooked my steak so nicely.

Excellent Quality Pan – Heats Evenly and Built to Last I’m very happy with my Alva Black Angus carbon steel frying pan. It heats up quickly and evenly, giving food a nice sear without sticking once seasoned properly. The pan feels sturdy and well-balanced, with a comfortable handle that doesn’t get too hot. After a few uses, it developed a natural nonstick surface, and cleanup is simple with just hot water and a wipe. Perfect for everyday cooking—great quality for the price!

Cooks great but be cautious when washing
I really love how smooth this pan is. It’s really nonstick and so everything just glides smoothly across. I like the way that the steak comes out a little bit crisp. It works really well. However, cleaning this has been pain. When I cooked the steak for the first time, a lot of the food got stuck on it. I followed the instructions and I did not use any scouring pads and did not soak it in water however, after the very first wash, the pan was discolored. However, I continue to use it and I’m hoping for the best. But I really am disappointed in how it got discolored after the first wash.

Comfortable and durable carbon steel frying pan.
