Bad product
No matter how I season it, the food just get stuck on it. I hate that it’s a non stick pan

Very light and nice
warming up tortillas and making pancakes only!
Good to warm up tortillas and make pancakes but when I roasted a jalapeño like the item description suggested. It was hard to clean afterwards, the nonstick coating got scratched by scrubbing it with a scotch brite green scrubber and discolored the pan. That means it’s not intended for roasting vegetables. I’ll just use it for first two options.

Carbon Steel Pan, but with a non-stick coating
I was expecting a carbon steel pan without any additional coating, the one I can season myself and use it. However, this came with a non stick coating. I would not have purchased it, had it been clear during the purchase process.

Dissappointed
The first time we put it on heat it got very crusty on the top as if the topcoat was peeling. My tortillas stick to it and I had to stop using it not even a week after I got it. I dont recommend this item at all.
