Too narrow for a wide

Although this shoe is cute, it was supposed to be an 8.5Wide. It’s way too narrow compared to every other Clarks wides that I own. I purchased these in January. Tried them on and put the boxes aside. The box got kicked under the bed and I just realized I didn’t do a return and it’s now too late. Disappointed in myself for misplacing the box and Clark’s for their quality control.

BUYER BEWARE! SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered three pairs of the Cloudsteppers Breeze in 8W, along with the Clarks Caroline Janna in the same size. The Breeze shoes were so tight I could barely get my foot in, yet the Caroline pair fit almost too big. After measuring them, I found the Breeze was about ¼ inch narrower and ½ inch shorter than the Caroline—an unbelievable discrepancy for shoes labeled the same size from the same brand. Clarks, how does this happen?

I really like the look and fit but they hurt my feet from the back when you walk. My return window pass so I couldn't return them😞

I liked them

After I bought those shoes, I began checking the reviews and was completely sure that I would return them. However, when I tried them on, I was pleasantly surprised—they fit great! I struggled a little to put them on, but once they were on, they were very comfortable and cute. I really like them and would recommend them to others.
