Clark’s Cloudstepper

What a wonderful shoe. Fits true to size. The red looks great with almost all of my outfits since I wear so much black and patriotic clothes. The little flower on the side adds a nice touch of classiness.

Construction is heavier and stiffer than pre 2025

Have purchased these shoes for 8 year. Perfect! But as of 2025 these sandals are twice as heavy and stiff . Very unfortunate! These Cloudsteppers are NOT like walking on the clouds. The fit is the same, but my feet don't like them as much. When traveling and packing, the prior lighter version of the past was a dream, would not weigh down luggage and was a welcome extra pair of shoes to change into and give feet a change of pace. Now I keep my older version on hand for such travel., as this version is just too heavy for a spare set of shoes. Perhaps Clark beefed up construction endurance for sake of comfort. These do not have the flexibility and "give" of the prior renditions (pre 2025). I wear a size 7-7 1/2 in my sketcher shoes, have always worn a size 6 in these (and most sandals.) The Pewter color is the most vesatile.
