The item I received was not the item I ordered . I received a different bag from the same brand, but not the bag that I ordered. However, I decided to keep the one I did receive because it’s nice to, but next time I’m going to think twice before I order online..

Never received

Never received this item. It's still "in transit" with no updated information. communicated with Macys chat and the rep told me to "wait a while" for my package. I'm going to request a refund. It appears Macys is allowing third parties to sell products on Macys website. Feel unauthentic and decreases the customer service and efficiency of shopping directly with Macys!

Pretty Shade of Blue
