I ordered this because I thought it was a table-top lazy susan and not the kind that has to be installed inside a cabinet. Once I realized this I contacted Macy's but they said it was too late to cancel, so I contacted the manufacturer and they replied immediately and were very helpful. Their products are good, I already have spinning susans in my cabinets, I just ordered the wrong thing when I saw this item thinking it was for a table.
