Not as advertised.

The bowls I received are not the brand ordered and are very cheap. Returned - said nonreturnable - definitely not keeping . Not accidental switch. At counter was told happens all the time with that brand.

Wrong item again

I asked to return my bowls as they were not the ones in the picture. I got a return label, asked if the right bowls could be shipped and was assured that the ones pictured would be sent. Wrong! I got the same bowls again. My trust in Macy's is lost. Cheaper bowl, no non-slip but rounded bottoms, rolled over edge, could have bought the same thing at Ollies. Frustrating!

Bait n' Switch?

First, I love Macy's, lets get that out of the way... but the product I received was not what was pictured or described online. I'd hate to think Macy's would knowingly do this to anyone. Reading other reviews, many have written they didnt receive the wide bottom and slip resistant bottom stainless mixing bowls they ordered online. Too bad I opened them before I realized or I'd return. Ad online says "Art & Cook". The packaging says "AR COOK". Not sure if that means anything or not, but what was advertised was not what was received. Do better, Macy's!! Hopefully an error and not intentional!!

Not stainless steel

I wholeheartedly regret this purchase. I washed the bowls and put them on a drying rack and some of the spots that were wet rusted. Never ever happened to me before with my other stainless bowls. Waste of money.
