Returned.

I returned the item to Macy’s on December 26, 2025, just two days after receiving it, but the return has still not been processed. I have called customer service more than three times and have yet to receive my refund. I have also sent an email and made multiple phone calls, but there has been no resolution. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I am very frustrated with the lack of follow-up. Please look into this matter and process my refund as soon as possible.

Item never received

The item never came. We received an empty bag and a shipping slip. When this information was relayed to the third party seller- that I didn’t even know I was buying it from, since I just purchased from Macys.com- they sent me a tracking number. Something came- an empty bag and a packing slip- we emailed this back and did not hear back from the seller. It’s a total scam.
