Look lovely, a bit painful and easy to fall off

I bought these because they were so cute. They instantly add professionalism to any outfit. However, they are a bit pinchy and they fall off easily. If I weren’t working remotely, I would have certainly lost one by now. It hurts to wear them more than an hour or two. Ultimately I think the design isn’t great for clip ons and they would work better with a spring-loaded design. My spring loaded clip ons never fall off.
