Product never received

Very bad customer service. I did not receive my order neither money. If this how Macys treat its loyal customers, I am not sure how long they will have me.

Not worth your time or money

Not nearly as nice as the dark color set I previously ordered. Fabric is thinner, elastic at waist & legs is narrow/ skimpy, open seam at the crotch doesn’t make any sense. I will not order again unless I believed the wide band underwear was like the cotton dark color ones. Very disappointed
