I love my shades I turned them into my prescription glasses and they look fabulous

Terrible

Glasses came defective and they will not exchange them. They are crooked and everyone confirmed they were at the store but because I’m outside the 30 day window I can’t exchange for a new pair. I’m not asking for money back I just want a working correct pair.
