Pretty disappointed with the cooling
I bought this expecting a good overall midrange fan, but the cooling is just not there. It’s really hard to get any proper cool airflow going, and if you turn the speed up to try and feel something, it gets super noisy. The heater works totally fine and does the job. But if you're buying this hoping for a quiet, effective way to cool down, it's just not worth it in my opinion. @dyson_anz

air flow
I bought this as a fan for cooling while using my rowing machine. It is safe for visiting children but lacks the air flow power I was hoping for.

Item never arrived
This item never arrived and Dyson never responded to my claim. No one provided me the means to make a claim against the carrier. To my knowledge, this item has not been refunded. I own several Dyson items and it was disappointing to receive no response.

It is as expected but it makes a clicking noise when on oscilation

Instant Warmth
This is my second Dyson Hot & Cool ... my last one I had for 15 wonderful years and bought my present heater as a replacement thinking the old one couldn't last for ever, so with a very old winter looming, I decided it was time for me to spoil myself ... my Dyson is so efficient both heating and cooling, runs silently and provides warmth instantaneously whenever required - it is simply amazing!!!!
