Not Comfortable As Old Suction Cup Pair

Previous J&M shoes were like walking on clouds!! I wouldn’t have bought this if my old ones didn’t start making a suction cup sound every time I walked on non-carpeted floors. I’ve bought two different types of J&M shoes and both were uncomfortable. Not sure what happened to quality control here. Jonathan M.
