Disappointed

Product arrived in a plastic bag, without the card description stating it was sterling silver, and the backing for the earrings was missing. Called customer service who requested a replacement. The replacement was delivered the same way!! Horrible and slow shipping

Cute, but…

The earrings are cute. However, given how much they cost; they should arrive with something noting that they are sterling silver, and include an earring backing! One pair did (the blue ones). Also Macy’s delivery is horrible and takes a long time unless you pay for faster shipping.
