False Advertising

I purchased a number of Jo Malone products as a Christmas Gift for a friend, only because Macy’s promised they’d be there by December 24th. They were a solid week late. I will never trust Macy’s delivery promises again.

not boxed not sealed

I've come to expect that Jo Malone products are boxed and wrapped, but this hand creme wasn't. It was wrapped in tissue paper and it wasn't sealed under the cap either. It's also small sized. I expected about twice the size 60-75ml, not 30 ml. It smells amazing and the product quality is what you'd expect - just not packaged well and tiny-sized.
