Disappointing purchase
The scent is so nice when purchased in the original glass diffuser. I even turned the diffuser sticks around hoping it will make a difference and add more scent in the room.

Calling Jo Malone to order a refill for my diffuser involved listening to unnecessary recitation of privacy policy that was so long I felt like I was being interviewed by the CIA.. I believe this company sells fragrances. Why engage me in extraneous recitation of privacy policies. I already have an account. Reviews of the diffuser were horrible, which I told the fourth person I had to talk to. I am very relieved they want everything about me except my blood type. The resolution was a 15% reduction. Not enough. And suggestion I send product back, if I was unsatisfied. I don't have the time to do that. I was just ordering a refill, not a covert assignment in a foreign country. I suggest they spend their time improving their product. I will, of course, be shopping elsewhere.

Beautiful Fragrance
I received the original diffuser as a housewarming gift from my friend. I loved it so much that I bought the refill. The fragrance is amazing and it makes the entrance to my house smell beautiful for 4-5 months.
