Macy's Star Rewards

This is a pretty little dress which I received and was happy to send as a gift. I think it will be perfect for a special occasion. While I am satisfied with this purchase, I am not as happy with Macy's as I used to be. I will never forget the fact that I did not receive the Star Rewards due for a large furniture purchase during COVID times. The first delivery was the incorrect color and had to be returned for replacement. That was understandable. After weeks and a few hiccups, the correct sofa set was finally delivered. I tried to claim my Star Rewards points and had lvery little support from the customer service group. I called several times and sent a detailled letter with a copy of the detailled receipt. Still, I was given the runaround. I never saw the full points for that large purchase, which was the incentive for using my Macy's credit card in the first place. While COVID caused delays, staggered shipments, short-staffing, and confusion in general, Macy's could've done the right thing, but they didn't in this case. This was my big disappointment with Macy's, and this is the reason why I try to refrain from shopping at Macy's. It still bothers me.

Feminine and pretty

Bought one in pink and one in blue. Both colors are lovely and will be able to wear with tights and a sweater as the weather cools down.
