Size disparity

Nice looking jeans with the right amount of stretch. I purchased size 32x32 and they’re a little loose which is disappointing for slim fit jeans.

inconsistent sizing

Bought size 40 and the waist measures more than 42". Same size I have purchased in the past and now these are way too big. Wore once or twice and Silver jeans will not refund after I complained about size inconsistency
