I received the same ball but different design

Hello, I placed an online order for the Lenox Butterfly Ball 4-piece set, but the item I received is a completely different design than what was advertised on your website. This is not what I ordered, and I am very disappointed. I expect a full refund or a replacement with the correct design at no additional cost. Please resolve this issue promptly.

Love them!

I have quite a bit of butterfly meadow and was needing more rice bowls. I love that these are mix and match dinnerware vLove the durability too. I wait for sales though.
