Damaged item on arrival

I ordered a set of four glasses, but unfortunately one arrived shattered inside the box. The packaging didn’t seem sufficient to protect the items during shipping. The glasses themselves look nice, but this was disappointing. I hope the company can improve packaging to prevent this issue in the future.

Broken tumblers

The Tall Tumblers is nice, received two broken cups in the same package. The shipping package that comes in is very poorly packaged in a large Macy’s box that is not secure.
