Bad product

Totally disappointed of the product. I bought this tea kettle thinking in the quality of Lenox but the materials are totally cheap and unsafe to be use. I have an old Lenox tea kettle which is 100% better than this new version. I returned it. Don’t waste your money and time with this tea kettle.

Liked the look of the kettle but it did not blend in with my decor. It is light weight but likely fragile. May be for looks only.

Don't waste your time

I don't have this item. The first one I ordered was the wrong color. The second one arrived with the handle completely broken off. I made two trips to Macys to return these items. I didn't try again. You need to do better.
