Poor Quality, No refund/Cust Svc

Terrible bag. Used once and was damaged the handles are no good. I tired having Bradley Mischka fix it they take no responsibility. It wasn’t cheap either. Never again Bradley Mischka.

Terrible do. Not buy broke on day two!!! Reached out to company they say call Macy’s, it’s definitely manufacturing defective!

Poor quality

I ordered this bag in July and my very first use of this bag the buckle on it broke off on the purse while I was at the airport. I am so disappointed!
