Received Completely Broken

Received the item poorly packed and broken into pieces! I had to call and have them replace it. It was too late for the gift recipient. She loved it once I gave it to herđź’ť Macy's stated not to return the broken item. Especially since the CSR HEARD THE PIECES- Then I received an email stating they had not received the item back! REALLY!?!

Absolutely love it!

This is so much prettier and bigger than I expected it to be. I want to buy it again for the other Mickey lovers that I know. I wish they could make it in a Mickey one too since so many people like Mikey.
