Excellent value

Excellent quality for the price. Great compromise in weight and strength. Thick enough material without being overly heavy. Beautiful finish. Side handle don't get hot on an electric stove. Lid handles do get hot.

Bad Pans

Hello, I received these pans as a Christmas gift last year, and unfortunately they have not performed well. Food sticks to them, and they are very difficult to clean. I would like to know what the warranty is on these pans, as I need to return them to Macy’s. I am very disappointed, especially since I specifically requested these as a gift.

Please note that stainless steel is not nonstick—preheating the pan, adding oil before food, and allowing food to release naturally can help reduce sticking, and soaking with warm soapy water or using a stainless steel cleaner can make cleanup easier.
