comfort and cute

I would give these sandals a 5. However, the buckle is a little hard to maneuver. Cute, true to size, and soft material for COMFORT and I dance ❤️

2 trips to store to try and exchange

NOT TRUE!!!! From your website: Items purchased online can be exchanged at a store, or returned by mail and a new order for the item can be made online. Bring your original receipt. Went to store to exchange for larger size - was in stock in my app and on line. At the store associate told me she could not order the exchange because it was "LAST ACT" went home found item on line - NOT Last Act - actually 2x the price I paid. So I reordered in correct size - will be heading back to store for the 2nd time - Hope to exchange and match my original price paid -- or they are ALL GETTING RETURNED! Time consuming to work with Macy's on exchanges. Better reviews for better customer service.

Beautiful green

I love the green color as it matches a handbag I purchased of the same color. They are comfortable to walk in I do wish though I could find sandals this shade in real leather.

Sandals

The sandals look more sturdy and well made than others I have bought similar however the strap that goes through the buckle is much too wide making it almost impossible to buckle the strap around the ankle.Will have to cut the strap on both sides to make it narrow enough to go through the buckle without difficulty.Wonder why the end of the strap is wider than the rest of the strap.If I didn’t like the sandal,I would return for this reason
