WORST stick non-stick pan ever

One of the worst pans I ever purchased. Food gets caught in the honeycomb between the sticky and non-stick part (only the dark grey part is non-stick). The lip of the pan also is NOT non-stick so the only way I was able to clean it was to use a scrubber on the lip. I eventually gave up after using it maybe five-six times and used the abrasive scrubber to get food/burns off, and STILL won't come off. I gave up and using it like a normal pan. The photo shows what happened after its first use.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you may have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring to a simmer/near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a wet Melamine sponge on the warm surface to wipe away any excess oil or food; this should do the trick. Terrible

1st use, fried eggs. Used oil to coat as directed. Eggs stuck to the bottom, didn’t release. Color changed from shiny stainless steel, to brown and dirty looking. We have used it a few more times and have had the same experience. We do not recommend.

Bought same pan twice and both were damaged

I bought the same pan twice and both were damaged where the handle comes into the pan. It is pushed in slightly so that the pan is no longer round. You can see it in the picture. And as a result the top does not fit on the pan. Macy's is great about returns and had no issues with that. Just disappointed with getting 2 damaged pans. I'm wondering if that is happing at the point of manufacture vs happening in the shipping. The boxes were not damaged in any way

This is a 10 star pan

I wish I could give this pan 10 stars. We had to replace our old T-Fal after several years and I was looking for a pan without all the bad coating stuff. After reading the reviews, this seemed to be the one. Oh my gosh, it is outstanding!! No sticking and easy to clean.
