Not Even Close shoes were shipped to me

I received a brand, model, size, material, and fabrication of shoes that were Not Even Close to what I ordered. Whoever is filling orders needs to go back to training unless this is a Company strategy in hopes that the recipient will love what they get and keep them. 1st photo is what I ordered, 2nd photo is what I received. Sz 7 vs Sz 9? Glitter vs Black Patent? Really?? Macys will arrange for these to be returned I hope.

Love but runs small

Very cute shoes I really love them. Returning them due to running small. They are about a 1/2 size to a full size small. Unfortunately, they don’t have the next size up available. :(
