Wrong size

I ordered 3 packs of men’s 7-9 as described for my grandson. They sent kids 3-5 which is correct UPC These were non returnable but I called anyway. After, call center from another country stated couldn’t do anything. They sent the correct item. I said it doesn’t match description. She said since you’re a great customer. Sends me 2 labels for 3 pair of socks since they were in same order but Shipped separate. What a joke. Macys has gone down hill. I’ve been a long time loyal shopper. Disappointing
