Bad quality came scratched up, was made with cheap materials, and was not worth it. expected more for something expensive

Broken plates
Received broken plates. 6 of 8 plates arrived broken and even though I called customer service and also did send picture of the plates in the box I received it in. The person told me i will get refund for the plates. Later the same day I got sm email that they didn’t accept my claim. It was MCKenzie plates which costed total $200 + tax. It was no foam in the box to protect the plates. I am very disappointed to macys how they treated their customers. I am a loyal platinum customer, and it is first time I am treated this way. It is not my fault that the plates arrived broken.
