Disappointed with Macy’s Packaging

The ear cuffs arrived in strange packaging that looked like it had been used before. The packaging was supposed to be pink since it’s from the Ariana Grande collection, but mine came in a white box with scuffs and wear. I won’t be ordering from Macy’s anymore — I’ll just shop directly at Swarovski.

Beautiful 🤩

Absolutely gorgeous and sparkling. I love the ear cuffs and glad that I got them. Now, as far as packaging, ZERO STAR!!! The ear cuffs were just thrown in a random box, not the box that this collection comes in. They were not fastened down, and had no protective sponge to protect the ear cuffs while going through shipping. They were basically bouncing all over the place. This was not giving to me for free, I paid my own money and expected my items to be packaged properly in the correct box!!! Next time, take a little effort and package like you value your customers.
