Extremely long shipping

Macy's online shipping is horrible. Never received the product. I waited two full weeks. Once I called they still had not shipped it. Dont waste your time.

Smooth leather backpack

I've always loved products by Ralph Lauren and in fact 98% of my wardrobe entails such. However, the smooth soft leather backpack is exceptional. The look, the comfort, too many details. Overall i love it.
